President, Rushbrooke Realty
John O'Rourke was born into a real estate family - both his parents sold real estate with A. E. LePage in the 1970s. As owner of the very successful Royal LePage Lakes of Muskoka franchise, John identified an opportunity to bring Johnston and Daniel back to the Port Carling area and in 2017 launched the very first independently-owned and operated Johnston and Daniel brokerage - Rushbrooke Realty. The unique connection between Royal LePage and Johnston and Daniel has opened new avenues for collaboration and mutually beneficial relationships with new colleagues and offers expanded channels and a more deliberate approach to service and marketing for the benefit of all stakeholders.
